We had a GREAT Valentines Day this year! The girls had preschool that day so they got to exchange Valentines cards that they made and treats with their friends. The girls helped me make heart shaped chocolate chip pancakes too! Patrick & I don't typically exchange gifts for holidays but try to go on a nice date, or this year a nice getaway! We went to Asheville, NC this year for 5 days while Nonny & PopPop came to Virginia Beach to stay with our kiddos and it was great! We met up with some great friends, the Pilkintons, for about 2 days and just had a wonderful time. Patrick & I went to the Biltmore House while we were there and it was amazing! I can't believe that it was someone's house at one time...it was so large it would be like running a business to keep it in order!
