Spring has Sprung! Sort of!

Well, it has Finally started warming up here in Chicagoland! We've had several days of weather that's warm enough to wear our lighter weight coats instead of our heavy duty down coats. That means it been upper 30s to 40s ;) It's funny because I've even seen people without coats on at all or with shorts and flip flops on in this "warm" weather. We had one particularly warm day earlier this week where it was about 45 degrees outside and the whole neighborhood was outside playing and just walking around. We had 5 different families and their kids playing in our driveway with all of the wagons, bikes, scooters, etc. I cannot wait for more warm days and being outside more. It does everyone a world of good to get outside and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine!
Lots of recent (and some random) pictures:
Micah after eating Chili
Micah likes to sit on the big boy potty, he hasn't actually gone yet.
Micah grocery shopping at the Kohl Children's Museum
He was very possessive of his shopping cart. The look of concern on his face was because someone else touched his cart. He is in the stage where he loves to do any and everything that big people do.
I cannot figure out which girl this one is :/ Taking care of the baby in the medical clinic at the museum.
Checking X-rays

Birthday party fun!

Micah is much more brave and adventurous than the girls ever were. He climbed right up this ladder and went down the big slide that this ladder led to on his own over and over again.

The girls were dressed to cheer on Peyton Manning for the Super Bowl.

Raspberry fingers! All 3 kids love to do this. They are so silly ;)

Micah fills his role of little brother so well! He loves to dogpile on the girls and try to wrestle with them. They usually scream "Micah!" and he gets a kick out of it ;) L to R: HK, Micah, Charlotte

Fairy Princess birthday party for one of our neighbors.

Dad & Micah had a boys evening out while we played at the birthday party!
They dined at Real Urban BBQ, yum!
Then they headed over to Dairy Queen for some dessert!
Ozzie got his first haircut and looks so nice :)

Silly kiddos! We were at a store and all 3 kids climbed into this toybox. I can't believe they all fit.

I kept HK out of school one day a couple of weeks ago to go to the doctor who confirmed she had an ear infection :( So we made a date out of our time and went to Dunkin Donuts after the doctor while Charlotte was still in school. These 2 were so silly and just ran back and forth on the bench seat the whole time. Good thing we were the only ones there ;)
We've begun making our own popsicles and the strawberry lemonade pops were a huge hit!

Shoe shopping can be such a fun and funny adventure with kids in tow! Of course Princess Charlotte went straight to the high heels and kept them on for a long time :)
HK tried on high heels at first but after falling a couple of times went for a more sensible option ;)
Micah with dad's brand new tennis shoes. He's got a little bit of growing to do ;)
I came into Micah's room after bathtime and found him on his rocker reading a book. This boy is just so darn cute!

We made green pancakes with chocolate chips for St. Patrick's Day!
The kids made Granny this birthday card. Her birthday is also on St. Patrick's Day!
Little St. Patrick's Day girls! Char (L), HK (R)
Silly girls trying to get Micah to smile. I don't think they were successful.

The kids made this birthday card for PopPop, March 19th.
Sunny days = fun outside, even if it's only in the upper 30s ;)
Little dude riding a scooter. He can scoot himself a little bit but not very far so I end up pushing while he hangs on and rides.
