Halloween 2015

We had a great time celebrating Halloween this year! The weather was much more pleasant this year than the past 2 years have been so the kids were able to go out for a good long time trick or treating. The kids celebrated Halloween at school with a class party and got to dress up in their costumes. Micah's school put on a little parade of all the kids walking through the gym in their costumes. Clara & I were able to go to his class party, which Micah was so excited about, and then watch the parade in the gym. We had a great time! Charlotte & Hannah Kate also had a class party to celebrate Halloween that was just for the students, but they said it was lots of fun :)

Pumpkin carving was a hit with the girls! Micah just wanted to snack and be silly!

On Halloween the kids dressed up in different costumes than they had for the school parties. Charlotte chose her fairy princess costume, Hannah Kate was Rapunzel, and Micah was Olaf! These kids LOVE dressing up in costumes!

Christy & Clara stayed home and passed out Halloween candy to trick or treaters. Patrick and our next door neighbor Mr. Steve took the kids around the neighborhood to trick or treat. We probably had a couple hundred kids trick or treat at our door and ran out of candy after about an hour. After trick or treating we went to our neighbor Kim's house and had a big potluck dinner.
