The Big One

Well, my little babies turned 1 today! They are doing so well and growing so big.
Charlotte:
You are such a sweet girl. You have such a happy go lucky personality and you almost always have a big smile on your face. You are a such a mama's girl and love to cuddle with mommy whenever you are sad or tired. But you love daddy too and break out into a huge smile whenever he comes home from work. You crawl all over him if he gets on the ground to play with you and he loves it! You love Hannah Kate and show it in so many ways: if she's upset and crying, you sympathy cry for her; you smile at Hannah Kate anytime she even looks at you; you love playing with her and the two of you just giggle at each other all of the time. You have the sweetest toothy grin and such a fun laugh that we never get tired of hearing!

Hannah Kate:
You are such a sweet girl. You are often times serious and seem to always be studying people, but you have a very fun and playful side as well. You are so active and are so delighted with your ability to crawl and get where you want to go on your own. You love mommy, but you are a daddy's girl through and through. When he comes home from work your face just lights up and you start crawling to the door when you hear it open before you even see him. If he is within your reach you are right there with him, either sitting in his lap or crawling all over him. You love to play with Charlotte and you like to have your hands on her if she is near you. You just laugh with her all of the time, especially when you've gotten ahold of her ear or arm or head, or really anything! You have such a contagious smile and laugh that we never get tired of hearing!

You both copycat each other by playing peek-a-boo together, hiding behind curtains together, having screaming matches together, and the list goes on :) I love you both so much and I am so thankful that God gave me such amazing and sweet daughters. It has been so fun to watch you 2 grow over the past year and I know it will just keep getting more fun all of the time! Happy birthday sweet girls!
