Snow fun!

We didn't have as many snow days this year as we did last year but when it did snow we got a lot. We even experienced a blizzard up here this year with about 18-20 inches falling in less than a day. But that didn't shut this town down because Patrick still had to report to work the next day, which was a Monday. We were out shoveling our driveway on and off all day long to prevent having to shovel through a full 20 inches at once when it was all over. We had lots of other snowfalls but none as dramatic as the blizzard on February 1st, 2015.

First snow of 2015

We spotted some coyotes right behind our house for a few days in a row when the temperatures were in the negative 20s and 30s.

The snow was perfect for making a snow queen! The girls helped pick out the jewels to decorate her with.

Doesn't Charlotte look so happy?

Blizzard snowfall. Patrick had to shovel a path on our back porch so Ozzie could go out to potty.

Our little picnic table was almost completely covered when it finally stopped snowing

Ozzie loves to play in the snow. He went right out and dug up his frisbee

Untouched snow is so pretty. Somewhere under all that is our street.

Micah and his buddy Charlie shoveling snow in the garth at school. As long as the wind chill is above 25 degrees the kids go outside at school. Brrrr!
